These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Life Road Rent a Car (the “Lessor”) and the person renting the vehicle (the “Lessee”). By booking and signing the rental agreement, the Lessee accepts these terms.
Minimum Age: The driver must be at least 25 years old .
License: The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. International driving permits or valid national licenses (in Latin alphabet) are accepted.
Additional Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental contract are permitted to drive the vehicle.
The vehicle is rented for the period specified in the contract.
Late Returns: Returns exceeding the agreed time by more than 1 hour may incur an additional full day’s rental charge.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up unless otherwise agreed.
Our vehicles are covered by Third-Party Liability Insurance as required by TRNC law.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Covers damage to the rental car, subject to an excess/deductible.
The Lessee is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
Güney Kıbrıs’a (Güney Kıbrıs Rum Yönetimi’ne geçişe izin verilmemektedir.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 2 hours prior to the booking time are free of charge.
The Lessee acknowledges receiving the vehicle in good working order.
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must not be used for transporting illegal goods, passengers for hire (taxi services), or towing other vehicles.
